Inside Sales Associate – VA / Cold Calling

About You

You have experience speaking with prospective leads, and you can reply in English by the spoken or written word. This is a remote full-time position in the US timezone.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Calling prospective leads using a list of phone numbers
  • Answering incoming calls when needed
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer
  • Scheduling an appointment between the prospective lead and the Client
  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
  • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
  • Meeting daily call targets and appointments


  • BPO Experience of at least 2 years
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry is an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • Available to work in US time zones and weekends
