Inside Sales Associate – VA / Cold Calling

You have experience speaking with prospective leads, and you can reply in English by the spoken or written word. This is a remote full-time position in the US timezone.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Calling prospective leads using a list of phone numbers
- Answering incoming calls when needed
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer
- Scheduling an appointment between the prospective lead and the Client
- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
- Meeting daily call targets and appointments
Requirements:
- BPO Experience of at least 2 years
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Available to work in US time zones and weekends
